1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlaxiFab Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free, Professional, and Business plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

FlaxiFab Pro is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing professional textile calculators, including fabric weight, GSM, yarn count, shrinkage, and costing tools. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@flaxifab.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Accounts found to be sharing credentials may be suspended without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our proprietary calculation formulas.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without explicit written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the platform.
  • Use automated tools to extract data from FlaxiFab without prior approval.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, calculation formulas, design, and code within FlaxiFab Pro are the exclusive intellectual property of FlaxiFab and are protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and IP laws. Your data and calculation results remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlaxiFab Pro provides calculation tools for informational and operational assistance only. We are not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or outcomes based on calculations performed on the platform. Always verify critical calculations independently before use in production.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
